RPA operations can be maintenance-heavy, where great efforts are put into incident management, and increasing license costs can negatively affect the initial good-looking business case. Our new control module eases the operational work of your automated processes and supports you in optimizing resources and saving costs.

1. Work smarter and more efficiently with RPA operations.

Are you struggling with high maintenance costs and extensive failure rates that lead to increased expenses and business incidents?

In the control module's overview page, everyone in your maintenance team receives insights into how the live automation solutions perform with alerts and errors. In addition to the insights, live dashboards give your team an overview of volumes and exception trends. This guides your team to prioritize operational tasks and staff the team accordingly.

With the new control module in TurboticOS, your team will be able to;

  • Optimize license utilization and decrease cost. With dashboards of how resources are utilized over time and a heat map of how schedules are distributed over time, the user will clearly see what actions to take to lower license and operational costs.
  • Decrease the failure rate and critical incidents. The two new features, the error trend chart and the visualization of exceptions, enable you to work proactively with your process's performance. These features support the user with details to take the correct actions and help to avoid critical incidents.

2. Get control of your Operation performance and cost.

Have you lost control over how operations effort affects your initial business case?

In the control module, you can follow up on your automated processes and keep track of the running maintenance costs in terms of license utilization and incident tracking, such as development efforts for live processes.

With the new control module in TurboticOS, your team will be able to;

  • Track the operational incidents. The user is given an outline of operational efforts with dashboards showing the performance of operations, such as insights on robot and process, error trends, and exception causes.
  • Track the operational efforts. All the automations operational effort and running costs are gathered in the control module. In the control module, one can link the automated solutions to your projects and initial business case. Keep track of effort through the entire automation lifecycle for all the tracked projects that the CoE or service partner hosts.

3. Regain control and insights of your business process hosted and maintained by another team.

Is the business detached from its processes and dependent on the COE to receive details?

The control overview page shows the business user's processes in a projects table. Every project has a detailed page where the user receives all details of the automations running for that business process. The user can also review and edit the KPIs connected to each solution (process or queue) on the project page.

With the new control module in TurboticOS, your team will be able to;

  • Increase business ownership and transparency. With specifically developed business charts of process performance, transaction item performance, and scheduling details, the user receives insights on all operational details for their processes. Thereby, the business regains ownership of its processes.
  • Decrease bottlenecks of RPA experts. Instead of disconnecting the business from the automated process they initially owned and operated, business owners such as process owners or team managers can monitor their processes in TurboticOS. This prevents bottlenecks and dependencies of the CoE or a service partner.
