Per is the Chairman of Turbotic and has during the last 17 years successfully led five corporations, listed and non-listed, through transformation journeys and delivered value creation of a consolidated EUR +5bn, including companies such as FEG, Gala Coral Group, Bwin, Expekt.com, and Telenor Mobile Sweden.
In addition to Turbotic, he is currently Industrial Advisor and Operating Chairman at Nordic Capital, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Qred AB, Sambla AB, and BokaDirekt AB and a board member at Nordnet Bank AB and Catena Media.
Per holds a MSc in International Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Business Administration from University of Gothenburg.
Theodore is the founder and CEO of Turbotic. He has a proven track record as a seasoned dealmaker and leader of global multifunctional teams, focusing on exponential technologies, business development, and deal-making.
He has founded and led several companies such as Paradox Interactive, Paradox Entertainment, Gamersgate, Nordic Native, and Intelligence. In addition, he has acted as the Head of Data & Analytics at the multinational networking and telecommunications company Ericsson.
Theodore holds a BA in Marketing & Strategic Planning from Stockholm University.
Daniel is a partner at Luminar Ventures and has extensive experience from working with M&A, strategy, and process optimization. He is currently a board member at Carla, Mynt, Mindler, Albacross, Petbuddy Grop, and Health Integrator.
Furthermore, he has previously been an investment manager at Creathor Venutre, management consultant at Humatica and co-founder of Entailer AB.
Daniel holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology.
Alexandra has over 20 years of experience of strategic communication and business development as Partner at KREAB Group where she has been Head of Global Task force, Member of Global Strategy Group and Deputy of Business Development Kreab International. She has been CEO of MBBV - a company that recruits, educates and evaluates boards.
Further she has taken positions in several foundations, mainly active within research, where her focus has been to transform the organisations to more professional actors adopted to the present.
In addition to being a Board Member at Turbotic, she is also Chairman of the Wallenberg Family Foundation and Chairman of the H.K.H. Crown Princess Lovisa’s Association for Pediatric Medicine.
Alexandra has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts at University of Stockholm, 2 years education of Psychology for practice at University of Uppsala and a Diploma of Strategic Communications at Bergh’s School of Communication.
Shail Khiyara is a recognized operational executive and board member with a consistent record of success in publicly listed and venture backed technology companies. With two decades of software experience, as a Managing Director, Chief Customer Officer & Chief Marketing Officer, Shail brings a unique combination of global operational experience with a blend of fundraising, strategy, acquisitions, deep domain expertise & execution success.
Most recently he has helped shape the Intelligent Automation, RPA and AI market while serving as the CMO & Chief Customer Officer, at Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath. Prior to his tenure in the automation industry, Shail was the Chief Marketing Officer at Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO), Model N (Nasdaq: MODN), EVP & Chief Customer Officer at Spigit, Europe Managing Director at Verisign (VRSN), SVP and GM at Evault-Seagate Technologies.
He serves on the Board of Habitat for Humanity in Silicon Valley and various other tech companies. He is also the founder of VOCAL (Voice of the Customer in the Automation Landscape) a peer-powered global customer think-tank of worldwide decision makers in the world of Automation.
Shail holds an MBA from Yale University and an MS in Engineering.
